With a background in the restoration industry as both an Estimator and Project Manager, I’ve spent years navigating complex property evaluations, managing rebuilds, and ensuring client satisfaction through clear communication, budget accuracy, and efficient project delivery. That hands-on experience honed my ability to assess value, understand structures inside and out, and manage timelines, all skills that seamlessly translate into my new career in real estate. In my time with the restoration industry I gained certifications in Fire and Water Remediation through the IICRC.

Before real estate, I also managed operations in the commercial fitness industry, leading teams, optimizing systems, and cultivating long-term business relationships. That experience taught me the importance of service, consistency, and creating environments where people and businesses thrive, from first time home buyers to commercial property investments.

Now as a Realtor serving the Shenandoah Valley, I combine technical knowledge, management expertise, and personal connections to help clients buy, sell, and invest with confidence.
